New Mods:
Profile Comments - You can post comments on someones profile
ENotify - A notification system with popup black boxes when someone sends you a pm /replies to a topic you posted in and so on
Multi Quote- Multiple quotes ;D
New Forum Settings:
The post count under which users must pass verification to make a post is reduced to 1
